Welke bestandstypes zijn minder geschikt voor SharePoint?
In dit topic leggen wij uit welke bestandstypen voor problemen kunnen zorgen op SharePoint.
- Access (Accdb): Acces kan goed overweg met SharePoint, maar niet op de manier dat jij gewend bent. Een Access-bestand zal gepubliceerd moeten worden op een speciale site.
- Access (Mdb): Oude Acces bestanden kunnen niet in SharePoint worden opgeslagen.
- Geografisch informatiesysteem (GIS): Deze bestanden zijn veelal te groot om op SharePoint op te slaan.
- AutoCAD (DWG …): Wanneer een AutoCAD bestand wordt aangepast, maakt AutoCAD altijd een lokale kopie waarin wordt gewerkt. Hierdoor is SharePoint niet op de hoogte dat het bestand al wordt bewerkt. Hierdoor kunnen mensen tegelijk het bestand bewerken, zonder van elkaar op de hoogte te zijn.
